Hugs, Kate. Thank you for sharing the video and this article, it is such a generous use of your energy! LOVE the hat! For what it's worth, I think these are the times heart-leads first over logic-stuff, so you do whatever you need to do. I hope you can get some of that Tiramisu again...I'm still thinking about it! xoxo
Thank you for the update, Kate. I've been wondering how you're doing. Losing hair sounds so horribly stressful, on top of everything else you're dealing with. Am glad you got to go out in the sunshine and exercise. And your hat is gorgeous. Xx
Your still doing great and I'm sure your positivity helps. I actually like your shorter hair but I feel for you with hair loss. Your hat is also brill. You have a lovely smile which makes me smile. Hopefully warmer sunny days are around the corner. Love and xxx
You're allowed to feel down! Losing hair - well, it's such an important part of our identity. When my first two were still small (two and four), I decided to chop off my long very frizzy hair (being pregnant gave me curls) but when I got back from the hairdresser, both boys burst into tears and said I wasn't mummy anymore! Hats are the way to go - you look lovely in the one you bought. And maybe scarves and turbans? Sending love and hugs and courage x
They use 'hair fibres' on people before they go on the telly, and in studio/on camera it makes a massive difference. I've got everything crossed you like it and it's a good option for you, sweets xx
You always look gorgeous and the hat is a great colour on you. Women and hair is such an emotive subject, you mustn't feel bad for any thoughts. Sending so much love xx
Your writing in real time makes for fascinating and dynamic reading! Writers talk about 'voice' yours is unique. If words could walk yours would skip, hop, stroll with a lovely little swagger. Half way Kate - you've done a half-marathon just the last lap back to base. xxx
I can see how the hair loss is distressing for you and I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. You look great, btw, but I also understand that this is more about how you see yourself. Hair can be such a defining feature in our self-image. Right now, you're doing what's best for you and you have the courage to accept the side effects - that's a huge thing you can celebrate. I appreciate you sharing your journey. Hugs xo
